Synopsis
The film starts with Sathya leaving for Madurai to join as a house surgeon in the GH here. He witnesses the ruthless killing of a common man in the hands of a dreadful gangster called Guru. While he tries to save the victim�s life as a doctor, Guru�s men spoil his efforts. This angers him and he tries to lock horns with Guru. But he is only left with the realisation that Guru is more powerful and it�s hard for him to combat the gangster as a doctor.
