Synopsis
In a rural Tamil Nadu village in the mid-1990s, a mother and son clash over one woman�s decision to live life on her own terms. The son, newly returned from the city and aspiring to marry into an urban family, insists his mother wear a blouse with her sari; she refuses, unwilling to give up her identity and comfort. Her defiance becomes a quiet act of rebellion against societal expectations, exposing deep-rooted prejudices about class, caste, and bodily autonomy.
